Fred Assini, CEO of Alpha Tech Lending, has reached a significant milestone, celebrating his 37th year in the real estate industry in 2024. Since taking the helm of Alpha Tech Lending in 2019, he has guided the company to become a leading nationwide private asset-based lender. Established in 2007 in the Northeast United States, Alpha Tech Lending has since expanded its operations nationwide, with headquarters in New York and Boca Raton, Florida.

Fred's Real Estate and Financing Experience

Fred's extensive background in real estate financing began with his founding of First Rehab Lending in 2012. This nationwide mortgage business provided short-term commercial loans for acquiring residential properties by speculators and home builders, emphasizing efficient and quick service to foster long-term client relationships and competitive rates.

By age 27, Assini was already leading Franklin First Financial as CEO, growing the startup to be licensed in 40 states and recognized among the top mortgage lenders in the nation by Mortgage Originator magazine. His tenure at Franklin First was marked by diverse lending services, including FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, and Reverse Mortgage Loans, with over 750 employees and over $10 billion in originations.

Fred's real estate acumen is further enhanced by his experience managing a general contractor company, which gives him unique insights into his clients' needs. Over the years, he has completed nearly 100 fix-and-flip renovations and has been actively involved in numerous real estate and mortgage-related organizations, earning several industry awards.
